Corralejo Holidays

Popular with British tourists, the lively resort of Corralejo has a lot to offer all the family; with a range of watersports, a waterpark as well as a host of shops, bars and restaurants.

Beaches

The sandy beaches around Corralejo are backed by sand dunes, forming part of the protected nature reserve. The windy climate makes them ideal for surfers and windsurfers, while the more isolated areas are popular with naturists. Within Corralejo itself the beaches are nicely sheltered, and backed on by the promenade with a choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

Things To Do

Catering for all ages there’s a wide variety of things to do from watersports, tennis, glass bottom boat trips, ferry trips to Lanzarote, jeep safaris, island tours and mountain biking. The resort also features the only waterpark on the island and a new golf course (4km away) is due to open in 2009.

Shopping

Corralejo has plenty of shops on offer, including clothes shops, perfumes, electrical goods and surfing shops, as well as the El Campanario shopping centre which also has a supermarket. The market in Corralejo is one of the biggest on the island, and is held on Monday and Friday mornings.
