Resorts

There is a vast range of resorts covering Florida. From beach resorts such as the infamous St Petes Beach and Miami Beach, to the hub of Florida - Orlando. Within Orlando there are several areas that are popular with the tourists, including International Drive, Kissimmee and Lake Buena Vista. Of course, there is also the famous Walt Disney World.

Climate

As it suggests, Florida is the sunshine state. It offers long, warm and humid summers, with the winters being milder and slightly cooler. And of course, all this with the sun almost always shining.

Getting Around

Car hire is the most popular mode of transport, however, many hotels offer a shuttle bus service to most major attractions, and if staying in a beach resort, most amenities are close by.

Many travel companies in Orlando offer tour coaches. You can get coach trips to Busch Gardens, the Kennedy Space Center and even Miami and the Everglades.
