The resorts of Polis and Latchi in the northwest of the Paphos region are ideal for those seeking a tranquil and friendly environment, while Limassol on the south coast is well suited for those wanting a choice of beaches and varied nightlife. On the east coast Ayia Napa well known for its many bars and clubs is ideal for those with teenagers, and neighbouring Protaras has a quieter set of beaches on offer, including the popular Fig Tree Bay.
