The Beach
The main beach stretches for over 20km; this sandy beach is backed by a promenade with a variety of bars, tavernas and restaurants and has a wide range of watersports on offer including jet skis, windsurfing, speedboat hire and a diving centre.

Rethymnon has a host of entertainment options of both the cultural and holiday fun kind, from the Fortezza Castle to watersports on the beach, and a variety of excursions and boat trips to nearby islands.
