Beaches

Benidorm’s two sandy beaches stretch for 6km from Levante Beach in the east to Poniente Beach in the west. The Levante Beach is backed by a busy promenade crammed with places to eat, drink and shop, further out to sea there’s an aquatic playground with swinging bridges, diving boards, rafts and slides. Both beaches are ideal for families with gently shelving sands and both offer a wealth of watersports from waterskiing to paragliding, jet skis and scuba diving.

Things To Do

Great for families of all ages Benidorm is home to several theme parks which include the Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura Wildlife Park, Aqua Natura and Aqualandia water parks as well as the Mundomar marine park. Along with its wide variety of watersports facilities Benidorm also has a golf course offering two very different 18-hole courses, a large driving range and various practice areas such as a putting green, approach green and a bunker.

Going Out

Benidorm caters for all tastes and budgets, ranging from the usual fast food outlets to high class restaurants, and if it’s something more traditional you’re after, Tapas Alley in the old town is a whole street filled with tapas bars. Benidorm offers a wide variety of evening’s entertainment, with many British style family fun pubs and bars offering live entertainment, karaoke and cabaret, and for teenagers ‘the Square’ has plenty of lively bars and discos on offer. For an alternative evenings entertainment the Benidorm Palace offers a Las Vegas-style show complete with dinner.
