The complex consists of a total of 28 one or two storey luxury villas, of which one has disabled-access.

Each villa comes complete with its own private heated swimming pool or plunge pool (dependent on size of villa). Inside each villa is there is a kitchen with marble counter (with washing machine, microwave and coffee maker), separate sitting area with plasma TV and DVD player and wireless internet access. In addition, there is air conditioning, bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer, in room safe and telephone.
