Extensive facilities include a 24 hour reception area with elegant lobby in the main building, as well as lifts, a internet corner, room service and comfortable lounges.

Separate from the main building are the buffet restaurant, three a la carte restaurants and a choice of bars.

In the extensive garden area there are 4 swimming pools (2 seawater, 1 heated and 1 for private use for those in superior suites) which are surrounded by sun terraces which are furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

For the younger guests there are two childrens swimming pools (1 seawater and 1 heated), a babysitting service (on request), a mini club for children (ages 4-12 years old) and a children playground.

Furthermore, there is an daytime and evening entertainment programme run 6 days a week.

For those that like to relax there is a state-of-the-art Spa with oriental massage service, thermal circuit with an active pool with a variety of jet massages, waterfalls and a selection of water and beauty treatments. (all payable locally).

Location

The hotel is located directly on the seafront, between the two main beaches, Playa del Duque and Playa de Fanabe. The seafront promenade separates the hotel from the beach, which is around 50 m away.

The resort centre is just 450 metres away with its choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

Rooms

All 390 rooms are spread over six individual buildings with a maximum of five floors each.

All air conditioned rooms are tastefully decorated and come equipped with a ensuite bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. In addition there is a flat screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet, telephone, mini bar, safety deposit box and a furnished balcony or terrace.

All rooms sleep two adults and one child or infant (baby cot).
