The Resort

With one of the most famous beeches in Greece, the resort of Glyfada is the perfect destination for a relaxing beach holiday. The beach itself has fine sand and shallow waters ideal for children paddling and there are also plenty of sun loungers and parasols for hire. Beach water sports are also popular, with water skiing, sailing, windsurfing and jet skis. The tall rocks are a popular diving spot.

The small resort caters for all tastes with a good selection of restaurants serving everything from traditional Greek cuisine to Chinese and International cuisine. There a few bars which open until late although its not overly energetic.
