The complex consists of 63 studios and 39 apartments which are spread over 5 floors. Studios sleep 2 to 4 guests and apartments sleep 4 to 6 guests.

Studios come equipped with a ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, telephone, sofa bed and furnished balcony or terrace.

Apartments are furnished as above with a separate bedroom, living area with a sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, hire safe and a balcony or terrace. Apartments have views over the street and not the pool.
