The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception and check-in, money exchange facilities, internet access, safe deposit boxes (local charge) and medical service.

There is a bar which serves drinks, breakfast, and lunch a la carte and additionally, there is a cafe and a pool bar. High chairs for children are available.

For the younger guests there is a mini club, playground and swimming pool.

Sports and leisure facilities include pool table, table tennis, water polo and aqua aerobics (during high season). Air-hockey, video games and entertainment with shows, quizzes and bingo are provided for guests.
