Onsite facilities include a 24 hour reception desk, currency exchange service, internet access and a 24 hour room service. In addition there is a hairdresser, shops and car park.

Dining options include 6 restaurants including a main buffet restaurant and 5 a la carte restaurants and a variety of bars including a beach bar, piano bar and sports bar.

There are three outdoor swimming pools and a indoor Japanese style pool. All pools are surrounded by sun terraces with sunbeds and parasols

For guests seeking relaxation there is a Ayurveda Wellness Centre which include an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, Zen gardens and services such as yoga, pilates, Tai Chai and meditation.

Those that are seeking more energetic pursuits can take advantage of the 8 tennis courts, archery, table tennis, billiards, boccia, bowling, badminton, beach volleyball and a selection of watersports including sailing, windsurfing and motorised watersports. The hotel consists of a total of 450 rooms, including standard rooms and family rooms.

All standard rooms sleep up to 2 guests and come furnished with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, satellite TV, in room safe, telephone, mini bar and balcony.

Family rooms sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children and have a double bed and 2 single sofa beds. Rooms are furnished as per the standard rooms.

Superior Family Suites sleep up to 3 adults and 2 children or 4 adults and 1 child with a double bed, single bed and single sofa bed. Facilities are as per the standard room with an additional lounge.
