A total of 334 apartments made up of 144 studios, 166 one-bedroom apartments and 24 superior rooms.

All room types are equipped with; air-conditioning, heating, radio, direct dial telephone, safe deposit box, satellite TV, balcony or terrace and en-suite bath/shower room.

Studios are open plan bedroom/lounge with kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, kettle, toaster and oven. One-bedroom apartments have a kitchenette with the same amenities plus one twin bedded room.

Superior room types have higher standard materials and facilities, such as an umbrella with cushions on the terrace/balcony, massage shower head, hairdryer, iron plus ironing board, a microwave as well as bathrobes and slippers.
