The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange facilities, car rental, bicycle rental, taxi service, shops and internet access.

There is a swimming pool, games room, occasional evening entertainment and table tennis. There is also a bar and snack bar. Guests at the complex are also permitted to use the bar and restaurant at the Iberotel Alvor which is situated 100 metres away.

Further facilities include children's pool, kids club and play ground.

The apartments are situated 1 mile from the centre of the resort where a variety of shops, bars restaurants and night life can be found. There is a stunning beach nearby and the airport is 70 km.

The apartments are simply furnished and are each provided with a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, kitchenette with microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster and fridge, telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (available upon request with a local charge) and balcony or terrace.

Linen is changed twice a week and towels changed 5 times a week.
