The apartment complex comprises of seven blocks with a total of 102 apartments.

All two bedroom apartments consists of a twin and double bedroom, combined living room/kitchen with basic kitchen equipment, fridge and cooking rings, ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. and cooker. Each apartment has a telephone and 2 balconies and there is a sofa bed in the living room. .

Each apartment can sleep up to 5 persons with some apartments located on the ground floor suitable for people with walking difficulties, but rooms are not suitable for wheelchairs.
