The hotel is just across the road from Alcudia beach and not far from the port of Alcudia. There is a water park 300m from the hotel.

There are 100 studios and apartments, all of which feature private bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, safety deposit box, TV, air conditioning (local charge) and balcony or terrace.

Apartments have a separate bedroom whereas studios have 2 sofa beds in the living area.

There is a maid service twice a week, towels are changed twice a week and linen is changed once a week.
