The complex offers extensive facilities including a 24 hour reception located in Marte building, currency exchange service,, Internet access (charges may apply), Medical centre on-site (charges may apply) and much more.

The complex offers a total 9 swimming pools,2 natural lakes, Aquasplash, a water games area, leisure river and plenty of sunbathing areas.

The hotel also has a sports area, a relax area, a shop, mini golf, volley ball, football and lots more activities on offer.

The complex offers 3 restaurants serving breakfast , lunch and dinner. Snack bars and bar areas.

Entertainment is offered in 3 separate venues:
Circus, a spectacular stage that offers professional shows.
Saturno square with live music.
Jupiter square with chill out music.

Children are very well catered for and the hotel offers a wide range of actives for them including Fun World (trampolines, mini go-karts, mini bikes, etc), and the Children Village, an area designed for the young ones of the family, with a small park and a kids pool.

There is also a coin operated laundry available on-site.

Location

Club MAC is only 40 minutes away from the Palma Airport, between the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa and very close (1 km) to the centre of Alcudia harbour.

Made up of 3 buildings, the rooms are allocated as follows:

Saturno has 390 Doubles and 44 Family Suites.
Marte has 282 Doubles (4 disabled rooms).
Jupiter has 269 Doubles 27 Family Suites and 12 Single rooms.

Double rooms feature 2 queen size beds and a balcony or terrace.
Amenities include full bathroom suite, telephone, Satellite TV (Pay Per View), safety deposit box for hire, Air Conditioning / Heating, and free cot on request. Maximum 4 person capacity.

Family Suites feature 2 bedrooms, One room with a double bed and the other with a bunk bend and sofa-bed, full bathroom suite with bathtub, Satellite TV (Pay Per View), telephone, air conditioning/heating, safety deposit box for hire, balcony, Play Station (deposit at reception required), and a free cot on request. Maximum 5 people.

Kids Club

The Mini Club (4-8 years) and the Maxi Club (8-12 years) offers many games and activities where the young will have an amazing time.

All Inclusive

All Inclusive information is a guide only and may change subject to availability.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00 -10:00, including traditional English breakfast), lunch (12:00-15:00) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all served in buffet style.

During meals locally produced wine & soft drinks are offered.

Three restaurants serving a variety of specialities are at the disposal of the AI guests.

Snacks & drinks are available at the Bambu bar (10:00-18:00) & at the Reina beach bar (10:30-17:30). At the Tutti Frutti bar clients can find fruit & soft drinks between 10:30 & 16:30.

Ice cream for children is offered from 10:00-midnight as well as from 10:30-17:00 at the children village & from 17:00- 24:00 at the Marte bar. Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits are available at selected bars.

The children village bar serves a variety of soft drinks between 10:30 & 17:00.

Four AI bars are offering locally produced alcoholic drinks as well as soft drinks, coffee, tea and mineral water; the Jupiter bar (18:00-24:00), the Marte bar (10:00-24:00), the Kiosco bar (10:00-18:00 and 20:00-24:00) and the Saturno bar 10:00-24:00.
