Although its a low key resort there is still a good choice of restaurants to choose from, with a variety of local and international dishes being offered.

If you fancy a livelier night out this pretty village is ideally situated just 13 miles from Marmaris and 7 miles from Icmeler where there is a variety of bars, shops, clubs and entertainment venues.

No trip to Turkey is complete without a long soak in a Mud Bath, rich sulphur and minerals of the Dalyan thermal mud baths, which are said to cure many ailments and skin complaints are a great stress relief.
Many of the hotels offer traditional Turkish Baths which are also a fantastic way to de-stress and relax.

For great days out and about why not try a Jeep Safari or maybe a boat tour? The boat trips are a fantastic way to explore the coastline and maybe even spot a dolphin or two.

The beach in Turunc is mainly sand and shingle which is lapped by calm clear waters. There is also an attractive promenade on the beach and a small quay for visiting yachts and boats. Water sports are also available with kite boarding, jet skiing and windsurfing for the adventurous or pedaloes for more reserved.
