Kemer

The idyllic resort of Kemer is set on the scenic Mediterranean coastline 35 km South west of Antalya. One of the main attractions of Kemer is its natural beauty with unspoilt beaches, pine forests and mountains. There are two main beaches, one pebbly and one sandy beach close to the marina. The resort also provides some great restaurants offering a variety of local and international cuisine.

There is no shortage for things to do in Kemer, if you want something more energetic than lazing on the beach then there is a variety of water sports such as para sailing, windsurfing, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, water-skiing and jet-skiing easily available. Popular sight seeing trips include the age old ruins of Phaselis and Olympos, and the Yoruk Park with its attractive lawns, shady trees and where you can try some local delicacies.

Getting around is easy in Kemer with reasonably priced public transport such as taxi's and dolmus bus. Car hire is widely available and great for those who want to come and go as they please.
