Alexander The Great Hotel

The hotel provides a rich variety of leisure, wellness and entertainment facilities and programs suitable for all ages and tastes.

The hotel is situated directly on the beach, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and centre of Paphos.

Paphos International Airport is approx 20km from the hotel.

Facilities include 24hour reception, currency exchange, internet corner, TV lounge and conference facilities.

Guests are also provided with a hotel restaurant and a small Italian restaurant, a cocktail bar with live music nightly, Café Royal for breakfast, snacks and buffet lunch, an open air tavern (summer only) as well as the pool bar and restaurant (summer only).

The hotel features a swimming pool with sun-terrace and free for guests use loungers and parasols are available round the pool and on the beach.

Leisure facilities include the Aphrodite Health Club and Spa with beauty salon, fitness room, sauna, steam bath, indoor pool with Jacuzzi and a tennis court.

Watersports are available on the beach (under separate management).

The hotel organises daytime and evening activities and entertainment programme suitable for all ages.

Younger guests can make use of the children’s outdoor swimming pool, playground, arcade room and kid’s club along with children’s menu and buffet in the restaurant. Baby sitting is available upon request (local charge).

A total of 202 rooms are spread over three floors, each provided with private bathroom, balcony, international direct dial telephone, satellite TV with pay to view movie channels, radio, hairdryer, mini-bar (local charge), safe box, tea and coffee making facilities (local charge). Rooms can accommodate up to four persons.

Cots for infants are available upon request.

Superior rooms are also offered; these rooms are larger than the standard rooms and are located in the new wing with front sea views. Additional features include a king-size double bed as well as a small cosy lounge area. Maximum occupancy is four persons.

Cabana rooms are located separately in the hotel gardens with direct views of the sea and have the same features as the superior rooms with additional private terrace and loungers. Maximum occupancy is four persons.

Junior suites are located in the new wing with front sea views and have the same features as the superior rooms plus additional large terrace with wooden pergola, loungers, dining table and chairs. Maximum occupancy is three persons.
