Marmari

Nightlife is low-key here with a small selection of restaurants, bars and traditional tavernas on offer. Marmari beach has plenty of sun-loungers and parasols for rent, as well as a good range of watersports with windsurfing being the most popular.

Kos offers a wide variety of activities and sites of interests from waterparks to roman ruins, beaches and even a natural thermal spa. A range of boat trips are available on Kos including a trip to Nissyros Island, famous for its active volcano, scuba diving and trips to the surrounding coastline. There are daily ferries to Bodrum in Turkey as well as the other larger islands of the Dodecanese. Take an excursion to Asclepion, the most significant archaeological site on the island, once a sanatorium from 500BC to 500AD.
