Puerto Banus boasts first class shops and restaurants, many excellent sports facilities and the nightlife is lively with countless bars and clubs to enjoy. For an even wider selection of eateries, Marbella has over 600 restaurants to choose between, ranging from expensive top quality restaurants to cafes and beach-bar restaurants that cater for all budgets and tastes.

There are beaches either side of the marina, both sandy and offer safe bathing for younger children and non-swimmers. The main beach has plenty of watersports on offer, as well as Chiringuitos (beach bars), sun-bed hire and a choice of restaurants.

There’s a host of entertainment options and numerous sporting facilities available within the resort and surrounding area, sure to keep all the family happy. In Marbella, Funny Beach Karting has go-karts, mini bikes, jet skis, water skis as well as a children’s play area and the Megabowl and Sports Bar, has 14 bowling lanes, amusement arcade and a diner.

Sporting activities in the area include, bicycle hire, tennis clubs, horse-riding centres, numerous golf courses and in nearby San Pedro de la Alantara, the Natura Aventura is an adventure park with various activities to suit all ages such as rock climbing, rapelling down canyons, kayaking, archery, paintball and a children’s play area.

For a spot of culture and history spend a day enjoying the many sights of Malaga which include a cathedral, several churches, museums and the Moorish Alcazaba fortress. Alternatively take a day trip to a Spanish City such as Seville, Cordoba, Ronda or Granada with their Moorish palaces and cobbled streets.
