has over 200 kilometres of sandy coastline. There’s something
for all the family to enjoy, from great watersports to shopping,
water and theme parks as well as a vibrant nightlife.
Costa Dorada
Running south from Barcelona, the Costa Dorada is a combination of seafront towns and beach resorts, Salou being the main tourist hotspot, followed closely by neighbouring Cambrils and La Pineda. The nearest international airport is Reus around 15 minutes from the resorts and Barcelona Airport is about an hour’s drive away.
Things To Do
The Costa Dorada has a host of entertainment options sure to keep all the family happy. For culture and history visit Barcelona for the day or the town of Tarragona once the Roman capital of Spain, for some holiday fun spend a day or two at one of the best theme parks in Europe and for the more active there’s a wide selection of watersports on offer, together with golf courses, horse-riding and cycling.
