The islands Tenerife and Gran Canaria have the liveliest tourist resorts, and for a great choice of beaches visit Lanzarote which has 99 to choose from, for windsurfing and kiteboarding Fuerteventura has the ideal climate and the most unspoilt is La Palma, though it is also the wettest.
What To Do
A vast range of activities are on offer throughout the islands, ranging from watersports to rock climbing, golfing, shopping, aqua-parks and theme parks, as well as night-time entertainment to suit all ages.
