Vilamoura

Vilamoura has a wealth of shops, bars, clubs and restaurants which range from traditional Portuguese to international cuisines. The low-key nightlife in Vilamoura offers a varied selection of entertainment options from British pubs and Irish bars, to discos and even a casino with nightly cabaret shows.

Either side of the marina are two long stretches of sandy beach, both with good facilities, bars and cafes. There are numerous watersports available including windsurfing, jet-skiing, paragliding and pedalos.

Vilamoura has plenty of sporting facilities including a lawn bowling club, four golf courses, a riding school, squash and tennis centre as well as a large marina featuring a wide choice of watersports from sailing to waterskiing and fishing to scuba diving.

For some family fun visit one of the nearby attractions such as Roma Golf Park it’s a mini-golf fun park with two courses, a games room and a kid’s club or Karting Algarve which also features a mini-track for younger children as well as mini-boats and trampolines.
