With no less than nine beaches, Lagos is a hotspot for surfing with numerous surf schools and surf clothing shops based here. A five minute walk from the town centre sits the largest and main beach Meia Praia, it stretches for some 4km and due to its size rarely feels crowded, there’s a good choice of watersports available including windsurfing, waterskiing and kitesurfing.

Lagos has plenty of activities on offer in and around the resort, the Lagos Zoo is home to over 200 animals from all over the world; the marina has a selection of watersports available from sailing to scuba diving, fishing and dolphin watching.
Or for something a bit different Lagos Aerodrome offers plane and microlight flights, aviation courses and lessons, further sporting facilities include a tennis centre, a lawn bowling club, archery, horse riding and of course several golf courses.
